Terms of Sale

All items are sold by private treaty unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all sales through Ravelstein.

Payment

Payment is due within fourteen days of invoice. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and major credit cards. Items are not dispatched until payment has cleared.

Shipping

All items are shipped fully insured by tracked courier. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

Items may be returned within fourteen days of receipt if they are not as described. The certificate of authentication accompanies the item and is not transferable separately.

Authentication guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is subsequently proven to be inauthentic, we will refund the purchase price in full, without time limit.
